As a wealth manager with a focus in real estate, SunGahun offers a set of comprehensive services not only to high net worth families but also to the institutional investors, listed firms, and individuals in all areas including purchase and sales of real estate assets as well as its development and operation. We act as our clients’ one point of contact in orchestrating multifaceted business process, collaborating with professionals in various sectors ranging from legal to accounting in procuring only best solutions to our clients’ needs.
The teams – Investment, R&D, Marketing and Client service
SunGahun is largely comprised of five units. Our Investment Management team handles all financial issues from project origination to asset management. SunGahun has an in-house R&D Center which covers vast aspects of a property ranging from its design and architecture to construction of IT system and business contents planning. Once the development of the asset is complete, our Operations team aids in managing business contents of the building including hospitality, F&B, and office space. All processes will be closely checked by our Marketing team that keeps track of trends in the industry. Finally, SunGahun’s Client Service team will make sure that our clients are up to date with every procedure and that their requests are fully comprehended.
