Responsible for creating and overseeing customized asset management strategies for investment properties and maximizing the performance and value real estate assets owned by our clients. We design investment strategies and devise asset allocations to meet their objectives.
Client Service
Serves as the primary point of contact for our clients and works to ensure client satisfaction with SunGahun’s service. Agents communicate with our clients in delivering their needs and ensuring that all requests are addressed in executing the project.
Marketing / Branding
Oversees all communications, public relations and promotional activities selected to support the asset’s brand and marketing strategy. They are responsible for establishing, promoting and maintaining property asset to generate business by developing strategies and executing tactics.
SPACE VESSEL : Research & Development Center
Our in-house R&D Center examines both the hardware and the software of real estate assets. All elements of the property, from its design and structure to its builtin intelligent information system and the types of business deemed favorable to host.
Operation Platform
Concerned with the successful and profitable maintenance, operation, and monitoring of properties. They encompasses multiple disciplines to ensure functionality of the built environment by integrating the property with a comprehensive system.
